Davide Cabassi, awarded in 2005 at the Van Cliburn International Competition in Fort Worth, made his debut aged 13 with the Milano RAI Orchestra directed by Vladimir Delman. He has held piano recitals in Europe, China, Japan. Salient moments of his career were the concerts at Salzburg's  Mozarteum and at Munich's Gasteig. He co-stars in the documentary In the Heart of Music, broadcasted by PBS in the United States.
